Top issues during term (4)
city official conduct
We might end up footing the bill for a messy legal battle or the costs of hiring a replacement attorney.
population growth
You'll likely see a boost in the local tax base, but expect higher costs for road improvements and public services to handle the surge.
motto display policy
It won't cost much to put up the signs, though any future legal challenges could run up the city's legal bills.
ethics ordinance reform
While there's no direct price tag yet, better ethics rules usually mean fewer costly legal messes and scandals down the road.
